WARNING: SEVERE WEATHER

I grew up in Kansas so I know the normal protocol for Tornado warnings. Now that I live in south Texas it's hurricane country. Well tonight at approximately 8:30 p.m. I had a blast from the past. I saw the storm coming in on radar as service was coming to a close tonight and a few minutes after dismissal it all broke loose. There were reports of funnel clouds and even a tornado touching down. Hail was also common in most areas. We were able to clear out most of the church before the worst hit but there was a crew of about 40-50 church members stranded in the church without electricity while the severe patch blew over. Thank God Oz had his lantern!
Im not sure how much rain we will be getting tonight (Its still raining) but I hope it gets us back out of this drought. We've had like a total of about a half inch of rain since October. So although it was a little dramatic tonight we sure do welcome the rain.
How about you? Has it been a long time since a good shower? Or are you soaked to the brim? It's usually too much or too little, what's it for you?
