Fantasy Football

This past saturday night I took part in my first "Official" Fantasy Football League Draft. Today I am asking myself why did I open my self up for even more disappointment this football season. As if it wasn't bad enough that I am a Die Hard Chiefs fan, I had to go out and open myself up to another source of football depression. You see I have this major flaw about myself: My heart is bigger than my head. Example: I drafted Larry Johnson as my #1 back (what else would I do, Im a Chiefs fan). I can honestly say that I quite possibly may have the worst team in our league - by far. The thing about it is, I actually do understand football and stats and all that stuff, I love studying up on these guys and should be much better at this. I guess my big heart and competitive nature has truly "set me up" for failure here. Its not like I took a risk on a few guys and they could pay off in the end and I could look like a hero, the truth is team Idol is destined for failure here. I own it and hopefully will not jump off a bridge before the season is over with.
Does any-one else play FFL? Do you have any tips?
Good Luck!
Mitch

You went with Larry Johnson, wow, you do believe in miracles of great proportion.
