Don't you just want to shave your head somedays?
A meeting that I look forward too each week is our finer things meeting. This is a time I have scheduled to do a book review, watch a video, or discuss finer things with the production team. We meet often and usually those meetings are surrounded with deadlines and tasks. The finer things meeting has none of that. Well anyway this has been a particularly busy and trying season for us. So I wanted to make sure we got this meeting in. Boy was it fun, sharing thoughts of conviction, inspiration, and vision. As a team we were literally laughing out loud in the restaurant (Renee's).
This is important, work will always be there. Working with a great team is something that should never be taken for granted. I truly appreciate each individual I get to share life with. In the midst of tough times try and laugh, surround yourself with people that make you laugh. Its a gift, what would life be without it?
Lets try something new. I'm actually going to ask for a response from you reader. When was the last time you laughed? I mean really laughed? Leave a comment, I'd love to hear from ya.

There was a point in the season where the Royals were in first and on a winning streak. Its time to bring back George Brett.
So I'm finding out that I don't plan on going "deep" with each ism entry. I enjoy the deep thoughts, and probably should have more of those but I don't want to force it. So todays random... bringing back the twang! That's right, Jorge and the worship team brought down the house with some serious camp mtg. music. Let me just say that fiddle was a rockin. Here's the thing I DONT LIKE TWANG! I really don't like twang, but as one of my volunteers said "different is good". And the audience seemed to dig it, the team a good job. My question is this, why are those the songs that get stuck in my head? Why not music I like? What is so special about an annoying song that it just gets stuck there? Is it the same with all annoying things? In some strange way do annoyances get all the attention? Just a thought, a random one at that.

...are you confused now?
The craziest things get the attention. I walked out of the Cruz's house last night and saw a rather large frog. I grew up in Kansas, the land of the Bull Frog, so I am used to larger than normal frogs. So when I reached down and picked up that bad boy Jorge and Sarah freaked. They had to have a picture and Jorge had it posted on his facebook in minutes. It was quite the buz in our comment world today. The Frog has a name, Mr. Sapo, through much deliberation and some don't prefer french food, Alma. All this too say, Mr. Sapo I may never see you again, but you must know you are getting some serious air time bro. Here's a pic.
